Heating elements and thermostats are connected to mains power. Switch off the power and have a qualified person fit them.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell spare parts for other brands?
Our parts are made for Pecol systems. Many elements use a standard 2¼" BSP screw-in fitting, so send us a photo and the label of your heater and we will tell you whether a Pecol part fits.
Can you install the part for me?
Yes. Our technicians can replace the part during a service visit.
How long does a heating element last?
It depends on water quality and use. Hard water and sediment shorten its life; yearly servicing and anode checks help it last longer.
